PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Non-refundable deposit of £40 to be paid at the time of booking the party.


Party bookings are for a minimum of 10 children.

No refund can be given for party guests who cancel during the 48 hours prior to the party or who do not arrive on the day of the party.

The Party Organiser must inform Zoomania staff of any food allergies or similar materially important facts concerning all children within their party.

All party groups to be accompanied by a ratio of 1 adult for every 5 children over 5 years and 1 adult for every 3 children under 5 years. 

The balance of your booking is to be paid at least 7 days before the date of the party.

Final numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the date of the party.

We reserve the right to change the content of any of the parties without prior notification.

Cancellation - If you cancel the party booking giving less than 7 days notice then the full party booking price will be non-refundable.

Cancellations due to illness or other serious factors may be rebooked subject to our sole discretion.

For the safety of both you and your children, it is important that you and your guests observe the Rules of Play and MUST WEAR SOCKS.

RULES OF PLAY

Children must be 11 years old or under to play on the play frames.


Height limit: 4' 11" (150 cm).

Children must remove their shoes before playing on the equipment in the play area.

Personal items must be left with parent/guardian. 

We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or theft. Height and age restrictions are in place for the safety of all children and our managers will enforce them. 

Chewing gum, pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money, sharp objects etc must not be taken into the play area by children using the play equipment.

Children who are unwell must not use the facilities.

Only plastic glasses/bottles are to be taken into the supervision area.

No food or drink at all is to be taken into the play area. 

Only food and drink purchased at Zoomania may be consumed on the premises. 

For hygiene reasons all children must wear socks.

Smoking/Vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the building. 

Restrictions on numbers of children using the play area at any one time may be enforced for the safety of your children. 

Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times whilst using this play facility. 

We provide members of staff to monitor the equipment and have access to first aid facilities. 

These staff are not there to supervise children using the play facilities, Zoomania reserve the right to alter times, prices or food offerings without prior notification. 

Abusive language, bullying or fighting will not be tolerated and offenders will be asked to leave the premises without refund. 

SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.

CLIMBING WALL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ages 5 and above – Shoes MUST be worn at all times

This is a Zoomania staff supervised area – No admittance unless a member of Zoomania staff is supervising

All participants will be required to wear the safety equipment provided by Zoomania.

These must be fitted by a staff member of Zoomania.

Only 1 climber at any one time is allowed on each wall
All participants will be required to wear suitable footwear and clothing
Zoomania reserves the right to refuse entry into the Climbing Wall Area at any time.

Maximum number of viewers/participants in the gallery at any one time is 10.

Participants need to be dressed appropriately for the activities.

Loose articles or objects which could become entangled in the safety equipment or fall on a person below must be removed prior to starting the activity.

All participants are required to act responsibly and courteously at all times, failure to adhere will not be tolerated.

You should not attempt to use any piece of equipment or perform a manoeuvre that you feel is beyond your skill level.

All activities demand a degree of agility, strength and stamina.

If participants are in any doubt about their ability they are advised to speak to a member of the Zoomania staff, who will advise you on your suitability.

New users and beginners to Zoomania are advised to familiarise themselves with the layout of the facilities, this includes making note of all signage around Zoomania.

Zoomania facilities may be closed for private parties, group session or other functions.

Zoomania reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons without explanation.

Zoomania does not accept responsibility of liability for any loss or damage to any person’s property in relation to the usage of Zoomania and the surrounding parking areas.

Due to the hazardous nature of the activities performed in Zoomania, participants are advised that this is a dangerous environment and entry is done so at your own risk.

Liability for personal injury or death cannot be taken by Zoomania, its directors, and staff unless negligence is proven.
